Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized watches (built to customer specifications) cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged.

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged due to misuse, or missing parts are not eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Warranty

  • All watches include a 2-year movement warranty covering manufacturing defects.

  • The warranty does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or water damage due to misuse.
